How long does the experience take?+−
From stepping into the shoot space to walking out with a reviewed clip, the whole process typically takes 1–2 minutes per guest, including guidance and playback.
What do the videos look like?+−
Typically a 15–20 second clip with slow motion, animated overlays, and branding tailored to your event, delivered in Portrait (4:5, 9:16), Square (1:1), or Letterbox (4:3, 16:9) to match your brief.
How do guests get their videos?+−
Through a custom QR code card designed for your event. Guests scan it, land on an online gallery, and download straight to their phone — speed depends on the venue's internet or cellular signal.
What cameras do you shoot on?+−
Standard package: Canon R5C or Sony FX3 at 4K. For higher-speed capture, we offer the FreeFly Wave, RED V-Raptor, and Phantom Flex4K Super Speed cameras for an additional fee. We don't use GoPros or cropped-sensor kit-lens cameras.
Do you provide a backdrop?+−
It's optional. We have standard wall backdrops with print options at an additional cost, or we can fabricate a fully custom backdrop — just tell us what you have in mind.
